Delivery and updates
Stripe handles payment securely. After payment confirmation, your private download page provides immediate access. Bookmark that page. Your purchase includes later editions of the same guide when released at no additional charge; there is no promised update schedule or guarantee of lifetime service. Download and retain your own copy.
Personal use
You may print copies for your own household. Do not resell, redistribute, or post the paid guide or private access link publicly. The guide supports general planning and does not replace official emergency instructions, medical advice, or professional training.
Purchase help
If you cannot access your purchase, were charged twice, or believe the download differs materially from its description, contact us with your purchase email and receipt reference. We will investigate and resolve delivery problems or arrange an appropriate refund. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded. Refunded purchases lose access to future downloads.
Payment privacy
Card details go directly to Stripe, not ReadyGuidance. We retain your purchase email, Stripe transaction references, amount, payment status and access credentials to provide downloads, updates and support. See our privacy policy. Download pages are private, excluded from indexing and served without caching.
